Following our most successful conference ever in 2014, we are delighted to announce our next conference "Right Time, Right Place, Right Care". The conference will showcase new research, highlight the impact of continence problems on the everyday lives of children and teenagers and discuss innovative approaches to managing them.

Conference highlights:

RCPCH has approved this activity for up to a maximum of 5 CPD credits, in accordance with the current RCPCH CPD Guidelines, and allocated as follows:
5 CPD Credits
if delegate attends optional "Breakfast Symposium" session 8.30am to 9.15am, in addition to general programme
4 CPD Credits if delegate attends only general programme 10.00 am to 16.30pm and does not attend "Breakfast Symposium" session.

For nurses, the conference will provide participatory CPD activity hours – one of the requirements for revalidation.

Gala dinner

Back by popular demand is our gala dinner which will be held on the evening of 11th October 2016, offering attendees the chance to network in a relaxed atmosphere. Please book early as the gala dinner will sell out quickly!

ERIC's Award for Childhood Continence Care

During the evening we will be presenting the ERIC Childhood Continence Care Award. The award, which is sponsored by Coloplast, includes a £500 cheque, free entry to the conference and gala dinner plus travel expenses. To nominate someone you feel has demonstrated excellence in continence care, please download and complete this nomination form and return it to by Thursday 15th September 2016.

Venue information

The venue for the conference will once again be the Hilton Metropole in Birmingham, a conference venue with excellent transport links to the city centre. The venue is located next to the National Exhibition Centre (NEC) and is only 10 minutes from Birmingham International Airport and Birmingham International Train Station.

Poster presentation

Professionals who have recently completed research or projects relating to paediatric continence issues are encouraged to submit a poster for presentation at the conference. This is an opportunity to share your findings with a large, multi-disciplinary group who share a commitment to improving the wellbeing of children living with these distressing problems. To find out more, please read these guidelines and return your submission to by Monday 1st August 2016.
